Recipe type: Appetizer
- 4 bell peppers (any color)
- 1 box Rice
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 small onion
- 1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes
- Preheat oven to 370F degrees.
- Cook rice according to directions.
- Cook hamburger, once browned add diced tomatoes and onion.
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers, and clean seeds and ribs from the insides.
- Place the stuffed peppers on the cookie sheet.
- Bake for 20 min.
