Egg Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 6 slices bread
  • 8 eggs
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 bags shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat to 350 Degrees F.
  2. Grease a 9x11-inch casserole dish.
  3. Layer with bread.
  4. Brown sausage into crumbs and then cook bacon.
  5. Crumble both meats together.
  6. Mix eggs, salt, and pepper together.
  7. Sprinkle sausage and bacon and then cheese over bread.
  8. Pour egg mixture over the casserole.
  9. Refrigerate for 12 hours.
  10. Bake: 25-30 minutes.
