Smoked salmon pasta with rocket, red onion & capers recipe

- 150g smoked salmon , sliced into strips
- half a red onion , very finely sliced
- 1 lemon , zested and juiced
- 4 handfuls of rocket
- 2 tbsp small capers , rinsed and gently patted dry
- 250g short pasta , gigli or riccioli work well
- Cook the pasta following the packet instructions, then drain.
- Toss with the rest of the ingredients and season.
