Ingredients
  • 1 small ripe banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter, creamy
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup cold milk
Instructions
  1. Combine banana, peanut butter, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add milk and blend until foamy. Serve immediately.
  2. Makes about 1½ cups.
