Ingredients
- 1 small ripe banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter, creamy
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup cold milk
Instructions
- Combine banana, peanut butter, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add milk and blend until foamy. Serve immediately.
- Makes about 1½ cups.
